Emenoh utilizes a tried and true evaluation and implementation process for all of our projects.
Discovery
The first step in the process is to gain an understanding of project requirements. This can include a series of interviews aimed at determining goals and objectives, and how our services and solutions can best be used to reach them. Following the interviews we will develop a requirements evaluation and initial estimate for services rendered.
Strategy
The strategy stage encompasses the following areas of research.

- Objectives
- Audience
- Content
- Structure/Functionality
The result of this research is a Solution Plan document. The Solution Plan includes a project outline, project schedule and requests for client supplied materials as well as an estimated expense report.
Design
In this stage we will commence work on the tasks outlined in the Solution Plan document. We will create a series of mock-ups to showcase various styles and designs. If the project requires web application development, working demonstrations will be created. During regular meetings we provide status updates and various materials for approval and review.
Production
Once the final designs have been reviewed and approved the Production phase begins. All design and functionality components will be integrated. Production milestones are established to measure progress. Throughout the course of this stage every component is tested for usability, performance, functionality and objective achievement. Each completed milestone will be communicated for review and re-evaluation.
Implementation and Launch
At this point the solution is complete and ready to deploy. A final round of evaluation against the original Solution Plan will be done before the solution is launched.
After launch the project is completed. As a final step we will ask you to fill out a survey that we will use to gauge your satisfaction with our solution and services. We will maintain an ongoing relationship with you and will be available to provide technical services and answer any support questions you may have.
