Convert PDF to PDB, eReader or other formats for iPhone or Mobile eBook softtware
I was looking for software to convert some PDF files to PDB or a similar format that is supported by eReader applications on the iPhone. Luckily I found this blog post which came to my aid.
I had gone everywhere looking for the solution, command line apps that required compiling software on my Mac, old Mac Classic software (Adobe Reader for Palm OS ;-), Windows software ;-( - none of which was satisfactory.
Turns out that the good folks who made the Stanza eReader app for iPhone also make a desktop application that will convert PDF files to several popular eText/eReader formats which is exactly what I was looking to do. Yeah!
I'm posting this in hopes that I've included enough keywords other people may be using to search that will help them find this tool more easily than I.
